Ihave followed his college and work career for several years and have been quite impressed. He has been an outstanding student and a complement to our department. Joshua received an undergraduate degree in Automotive Technology from Pittsburg State University. Never and idle man, he went to work, but came to realize how much he had originally wanted to be an eduestor and came back to college to fulfill those requirements. I admire Joshua for starting his second degree immediately and while employed. This young man is a strong candidate, I view him as being a person with a lot of energy who will not get complacent and burn out as so many professionals seem to do. He will be able to keep up with students and come across as sincerely enjoying his job. He is a confident young man and has attended professional conferences in order to enhance his professional knowledge. This program has quickly gained popularity in many districts in Kansas and Missouri and he didn’t hesitate to become certified, Additionally, Joshua will be willing to coach and do what is needed to demonstrate how valuable of an asset he can be to his school distriet..
