Subject: Report regarding the meeting with DFO (District Forest Officer, Nuh) with respect to Green-
Club.

Respected Sir,

Apropos to the Club meeting done with Director sir and Hon’ble CEO on 18th Apr’18 regarding the
interaction with district administration for involving students for Green Club activities.
I along with Mr. Waseem Akram (AP, ME deptt.) today went to meet DFO (District Forest Officer, Nuh)
for the said subject cited above. In the discussion with DFO (District Forest Officer, Nuh) it was came to
light that plantation work will be done in collaboration with his office in the month of July’18.
It was also came to light that new schemes will be communicated as per their availability in his
department. The discussion was very fruitful and in principle he agreed to do plantation in College
premises as well as Hostel. He also agreed to deliver invited talk whenever he is available in Nuh city.
