I went on a hike up to Yanaconas in Cali, the view towards the skyline of the city and
of nature was simply beautiful, I felt happy and a smile drawing my face when I
appreciated that view.

Paragraph 1: How to get to this place and where it is located
My ideal place to spend holidays is san Andres, to reach this place you must travel
by plane and you must to pay a tax to enter the island. San Andres is located in
northwestern Colombia.
Paragraph 2: What does the weather look like in this place?
San Andres is a very warm island, most of the time it is very hot and the temperature
exceeds 30 degrees centigrade, great for holidays and enjoy the different islands
that make up san Andres.
Paragraph 3: What specific facilities does
San Andres is composed of several islands, cays, beaches and many other tourist
sites, but the most emblematic sites are jhoni cay island, Cayman aquarium, blower
hole, Morgan cave, island tours. You will should to visit all these sites and more.
Paragraph 4: What activities can you do in this place?
In san Andres, you can snorkel in the sea, pull paragliding, you must visit the Morgan
cave, you can practice kayaking and canoeing, go for a walk in the botanical garden
of san Andres. Visit the cove bay and you can also fish.

The most beautiful place I’ve been visited, was the National Park of the Coffee,
A.K.A. Coffee Park, and is one of my favorites places to visit in my country, not only
because of the amazing view of his lands, the human warm of the people and the
adventure of those mechanical attractions, but specially because it was the first
travel i made with my girlfriend and we had a marvelous time together.

WEATHER: The weather in San Andres is mostly sunny, the environment is always
fell humidity because is a caribbean island. Sometimes on the island blows strong
winds that comes from the north, especially in winter because of the tropical storms
of the caribbean sea.
FACILITIES: The island have a lot of things to do. The Aquarium, Jhonny Cay, the
Island Museum, The Cliff, The Blowing Hole, DeCameron Hotel and a Baptist Church
are just a few things i can mention about the touristic attractive.
ENTERTAINMENT: Like most of the islands, San Andres has a crowded night life,
and for beeing a Free Port, you can get drinks and parties all over the "North End"
or the Downtown and also on the beach arround the island.
LOCATION: San Andres is located 775 kilometers far from Colombian continental
ground and 80 kilometers from Nicaragua's Continental ground, and is the only
Insular Department of Colombia and is located at the northwest of the country.

San Andrés is an island in the north of Colombia full of wonderful adventures and
ecotourism locations, which love all its visitors, the harmony of the sea, beach and
sun make this place an earthly paradise.

My ideal place to spend a long holiday stay in the state of the Amazon on the border
with neighboring Brazil, to reach this place can be using three methods of
transportation and sea combined or just choosing one, it could be by land in the car
or Bus It could be by airplane or light plane by boat on the river.
The climate in this place is tropical thanks to its 90% jungle location, the days can
be half very sunny and suddenly just rain, which makes it totally different to this place
from others.
This is a fabulous place full of artifacts and technological inventions that make this
great hut a home sustained with renewable processes; Has solar panels that feeds
the electricity in the house, has a small dam in which rainwater is collected and with
this same dam is generated water, which is used when the days are very rainy, we
have crops of Several vegetables, fruits and vegetables, plus we have a lake in
which we practice the breeding of fish for consumption. The house is completely
made of recycled plastic blocks and compacted with shapes to fit perfectly; Has 4
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, a backyard that
adjoins a hamlet of native inhabitants.
For being a splendid place and full of life and nature, the first activity that must be
done to reach the trek through the jungle, to know the plants, animals and local
population, can be assembled in quad and go to Nearby town, also fishing or
traveling by boat by the rapids of the river that closes, in the village can make
purchases of handicrafts and try the gastronomy of this area.

A beautiful place surrounded by the tranquility of the majestic nature, a landscape to
leave the stress of the city and get lost in its beautiful panorama. Very pleasant,
because of its climate, suitable for water sports, easy access from the city of Cali
either by the Cali- Buenaventura route or by the Cali- Buga- media canoa-
Loboguerrero route, in this place you can also find large areas of Campin and cabins
for rent, varied places for ecological walks, good point to find nature and pure air

There are two ways to get to Gorgona Island. The first one starts from the
Municipality of Guapi, Cauca population located near the Pacific coast. From there
you will take a boat that crosses the Guapi River until entering the open sea,
continuing a journey of an hour and a half until you reach Gorgona.The second route
starts from the Municipality of Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca. In this port can be
hired a boat that runs a course of approximately four hours (operates only on express
service for round trip). It is also possible to take a coastal boat in the port on a journey
of approximately twelve hours (this service leaves daily at 6:00 p.m. and up to the
island the next day about 6:00 a.m.). Both Guapi and Buenaventura can be reached
from Cali by air.

from side to side of the mountain arriving at a spectacular view and very well
recommended for the times of the carnival.

The best way to get there is to get to Cali or take a bus that will take you to Cartagena

 I'm agree with my classmate Jhon Edwin Ramon, and i think San Andres is
an amazing place to visit on vacation, because is a paradise destination of
our country, and is rich with beautiful and interesting places to look at. So, as
my collaborative contribution, i have to say that San Andres Island is the best
place to visit on Colombia

 The coffee park look great, I had the opportunity to go check how spectacular
it is to go there, nature and coffee is the best we can see in the cafe park,
certainly a very good destination to go to holidays.

 Without doubt the Amazon is the ideal destination for a holiday if you want to
enjoy the nature, fauna and flora that make this country rich, and if you want
to disconnect and forget about the city.

 I agree that both places are good to go on vacation.

 According to the places proposed by the comrades John Edwin Ramón and
the companion Mauricio Motoha are very interesting places since each one
offers us a variety of fauna and flora taking into account that one is terrestrial
and the other aquatic in my concept any of the two I would like to go on
vacation. I hope you will take into account my proposal as I assure you a very
good view for those who like a tropical environment surrounded by sea and a
lot of diversity of flora and fauna
