Each lesson that was observed informed students of the learning target or aim. Tolisa has learned to present new material clearly and logically. In her lessons she has conducted smooth transitions from one activity tothe next. Tolisa has mimicked her cooperating teachers especially in the area of classroom management procedures. Students respond well to her praises and positive reinforcement. She presents leaming content in a logical ‘sequential order. All students are encouraged to participate in every lesson and Tolisa cals each student by name.
