This memorandum serves to outline the “Virtu-Fix” tool kits complaints at Cross Electric.
There have been an increase in the complaints from customers about the “Virtu-Fix” tool kits.
This matter have been investigated and it have been found that there have been defective kits in
the shipment.
I am requesting that the letters of apologizing and notifying customers be sent immediately.
Please may you write the letters in duplication and keep the other copies for future reference.
All the employers should follow the following steps when taking returns:
1. A through check on the kits to ensure that the customers are returning kits bought from
Cross Electric.
2. Every kit should be accompanied by a receipt from Cross Electric.
3. A return form should be completed clearly.
4. A replacement form should be completed where the toll kit have been replaced and were
the customer is being paid back their money, the credit form should be completed as well.
