Employee Relations Specialist Manager

Manage and oversee the Employee Relations operational activities for all

countries in Asia Pacific across Nike Inc businesses. The Employee Relations

Specialists group provides business managers, employees and other HR

professionals consultative services with regard to routine, non-complex employee

relations issues, such as policy interpretation questions and policy violations, and

performance management issues. Handle major medical/sickness leave matters

by counseling business managers and employees on routine, non-complex

medical/sickness issues that arise. Ensure the effective delivery of approved

organization-wide employee and labor relations policies and practices in

accordance to Nike’s global employee relations process and policy.

This role (based in Singapore) will be an integral member of the Asia Pacific HR

Shared Services leadership team, reporting to the HR Shared Services

Operations Director, Asia Pacific.
