How to Prepare the Activity:

1. Copy page 3-9 on cardstock.
2. Laminate if you would like.
3. Cut apart animals on pages 5-9
4. Copy pages 10 and 11 on copy paper for students.

How to Do the Activity:

1. Give each child, or pair of children the sorting boards and
animals.
2. Have students sort the animals on their boards.
3. When they are finished, give them their worksheet and
animals to cut out.
4. Have the students complete their worksheets to match how
they sorted the animals on their sorting boards.
