A Request for Sponsorship of Children’s Trip to Aquaria KLCC
We are pleased to inform you that Unit Pusat Sumber Sekolah (PSS) of SJK (C) Ying Wah,
Kapar, Code BBC0058 is organizing a one day’s trip to the Aquaria KLCC on 9th June
2018.
2. Our goal is to bring 40 students in the range of 10 to 12 years old, who have exhibited good
behavior and have shown great improvements in their studies in the last year to visit the
prominent landmark as a motivation. We believe that rewarding children for their hard work
encourages them to strive in achieving goals in their future. As our school is located in a rural
area, some of these children hail from poor family backgrounds. For many students, this is a
lifetime opportunity. I am asking if you could support this educational endeavor.
3. The fees for this one day trip is RM 100 per student. Our cost this year is approximately
RM4000 plus the cost of bus, entrance fee, food and beverages and miscellaneous.
4. We are inviting you to support and sponsor this educational trip as your generous
contribution is very much needed for making this trip a success. Sponsorship can be given in
terms of cash or cheque.
5. Your kind contribution will make a big impact to our children. As a token of appreciation,
we would include your company logo and slogan to our trip t-shirt subjected to your
sponsorship (Illustration 1). We will issue a press release to local newspapers, as well as a
written post our Facebook Page and website for a year.
