Garuda Indonesian was named as the most loved airlines in the world base on survey who

conducted with Sky Trax the independent agency of rating world in London, England.

President director of Garuda Indonesian M arif Wibowo told that Garuda Indonesian succesfully
placed as first rating of airlines to be loved in the world. Garuda got 85% satisfaction between more
than 420 airlines in the world who entered skytrax survey.

He expressed thankful for the apreciation and support from world community through that survey to
Garuda Indonesian

This awards is encouraging but also become challenge for Garuda to always give the best to
customer. He said in a written statement in jakarta, Tuesday, 2016 August 8th.

Arif said that is not forgotten from many thousand hands who hard work to always give the best
sevice to customer as five star airlines.

Assesment survey to categeory of “ Airlines most love in the word” thag involves several aspects,
among aspect of comfortable plane seat, service in the kabin, onboard wifi, airport service until
aspect of economic value flight service.

Several times ago, Garuda Indonesian success was named as one of airlines most loved in the world
from TripAdvisor aplication.

The survey was done to airlines in 49 countries and 29 languages.
