B Receiving feedback (Reflection) & WN AWN On March 19th, it was Monday at Alfursan Kg school, My MCT and MST they observe me of how i explain and how i do the calendar, it was the first time a came to this class So i don't know the way that their teacher teach them and i was very nervous because it was the first time and the Students want their teacher to do it. so i know that i don’t do it well. My MST observed me and then we discussed the following strengths and weaknesses related to, so she gave me some tips that i have to follow it and She tell me how to be a good teacher for Kg or primary and the things that i should have it and i thank her so much, so in the second time i do well and the students merged with me. According to my MCT, my strengths were that i start with greeting the student and i was feviewing the days of the week, the months, the year, the shapes, the numbers (as a whole class) Also i was do a quick activity about the concept of (heavy and light). and | must try to improve my language and don’t speak Arabic (i think i have to speak Arabic for the students who don't understand the meaning and i see this in my MST) and | agree for everything she write it.The most important / interesting point in our discussion is how to deal with student that mean i have to show them that i am strong they have to be wells with me because if i don’t show them, they will not give me any attention. so | found it interesting that my MST mentioned me These things and maybe this thing will change many ening in my Education life because she saw that i have a something that i should to develop it and i agree with all the comment that came from her because maybe these things will improved my experience. if | compare this to my previous experience, | can say that is it not very good because it is the first time i teach the kg, soi think i will improve myself for the next experience.
