Adeline Flores May 4, 2010 Joni Flowers Edu 214 Lesson Plan Lesson Plan Title: Classification of Animals Topic: Animal and their different classifications General Goals: Students will explore and obtain an understanding in animal and their classifications they will learn certain characteristics used to define animals in their appropriate terminology. Specific: Discovering animal's different classifications. Required Materials: a computer, board, and internet explorer Procedures: *1 will begin with a look back into what we were previously learning “animal kingdom” now we will be moving into animal classifications. “1 will show a PowerPoint | have made to the class about animal and their different classifications it is thorough and to the point something they will enjoy *Lwill then have a link in my PowerPoint to play a fun game on animal classification | will separate them into two groups which will help them get some practice. *after this I will tell them about my project they have to pick an animal and they have to classify and have characteristics for them they will be graded on the presentation so they must research!
