To whom it may concern,

My name is Mike Lewis. I am the Director of Camp Greenwoods Located in Qian Dao Hu. We are
an American style summer camp and each summer we are responsible for over 1000 children. I
had the pleasure to work with Elle Chan this past summer. She worked as a woodshop director
where she was responsible for the safety of our campers while doing our woodworking activities.
Beyond this she was also worked as a life counselor where she cared for and organized our
campers during their daily lives. Elle is very responsible and could manage all her daily task with
efficiency. Many of our campers said how amazing and kind she was. There were lots of joyful
moments with her this summer. She is self-motivated and a leader. There were many times when
she would volunteer to help with whatever problem had arrived. One of the first days she arrived
she volunteered to help me build a medieval style catapult. She had no question, other than “how
can we make it better”. I can strongly say she would be a great asset to any company she works
for.
