PRELIMINARY
1.1 Background
Nowadays various problems are happening in Indonesia. One of them is
violence or bullying that is done by senior against junior. This form of
violence is not only physical but also psychological. Violence can happen
anywhere, including, playground, at home, on the street, and in entertainment
venues. Bullying seems to have become an integral part of the lives of
children or adolescents in this day and age. The rise of violence or bullying
committed by seniors and many who adorn the rows of news on the pages of
print and electronic media.
For example, violence in the world of police is like an iceberg
phenomenon that appears to the surface only a small part. The problem will
continue to repeat, if not directly and continuously from the root of the
project. It is necessary to think about junior relationships, and can be found a
way out to break the chain of violence that mutually dodged-berkelindan
without inexhaustible. Of course, various parties are responsible for
teenagers, because adolescents also have rights by parents, and communities.
Collective commitment and concrete steps to prevent bullying in the police
world are required.

3.1 Suggestions
The police as law enforcers should provide a good role model for the
community rather than by giving bad examples such as violence that occurs
between senior and junior police members.
