1.0 PURPOSE

2.0 GENERAL POLICY
Generally, overtime services shall be remunerated trough Compensatory Tine-OfT (CTO).
(Overtime (OT) pay shall ony be authorized when the appliation of CTO fo all overtine

30. DEFINITION OF TERMS:
Compensatory Overtime Credit (COC) refers tothe aserued number af hours an employee

40 COVERAGE AND EXEMPTION
4.1 OCD employees who may be authorized to render overtime services with pay are those
holding regular positions of division chief or equivalent level and below. Incumbents

72 Accrual and Use of COCs
72.1 Each employes may accrue not more than forty (40) hous of COCS in 8

1S. Availment of CTO
15. The CTO may be availed of in blocks of four (4) or eight (8) hours (ether

152. The employee may ute the CTO continsously upto a maximum of five (5)
consecutiv days per single availment, or on Staggered basis within the year
