Project : Working in the BSNL- Project in Jammu & kashmir, through Ericsson
india pvt ltd from March 2011 to till now.

3G Experience:

 Provide a point of contact to the Customer operations team (day to day O&M) for
site-specific problem troubleshooting and resolution.
 RNC commissioning and integration to MSC/MGW/SGSN.
 Perform the day to day Radio parameter changes.
 Perform configuration of IuCS over IP/ATM, IuPS over IP/ATM, OM, and IuR IP/ATM.
 Creating DT Script for RNC integration.
 RNC software Upgrade (P5/P6/P7) and Hardware Upgrade
 Perform all changes for radio parameter for optimization,such as creating /deleting
Neighbour (Ext/Int. UTRAN relation, GSM relation),LAC etc.
 Investigate fault situation of RNC and take suitable actions to restore service.
 Perform RNC and RBS tracing for troubleshooting and collect all the necessary logs.
 Supporting local engineer for Commissioning and Integration new RNC3820 to OSS .

 To fetch reports through BO tool & analyze.
 Configuration &Integration of new sites from bsc end.
 2nd Line operation & Maintenance of ERICSSON Equipments i.e BSC/BTS
 Handling of BSCs and Diagnosis of BSC cards.
 Taking Health check up and routine monitoring of BSC.
 Monitoring & analyzing the network quality reports and ensure the network
performance is in line with the objective of the company.

 Define Handovers(Inter bsc ,inter msc,2g-3g).

Project :- Working in the BSNL- Project in Jammu, through mafoi pvt ltd from
Dec.2009 to Feb.2011.

3G Experience:

 Provide a point of contact to the Customer operations team (day to day O&M)
for site-specific problem troubleshooting and resolution.
 Creation of sites as per the data from RF department in RNC.

 Configuration &Integration of new sites from RNC end.

 Conduct on-site and remote E1 fault diagnosis and testing towards Node B .
 Perform Node B HW replacement / install and integrate.
 Perform Node B E1 expansions.
 Monitor, coordinate and take actions required in Trouble issue until site is
 restored.
 Cross-connection and testing from end site to RNC.
 Installation & integration of Ericssons 3G BTS 6000 series 6201V2W, 6202V2W,
& 6601,6601E
 Formatting and loading the software in 3G BTS with help of Hyper Terminal and
WS-FTP or WIN-CMD.
 Software upgrade by using BPFTP to enhance extra features in BTS.

2G Experience:-

 First Line operation & Maintenance of ERICSSON Equipments i.e BTS/BSC

 Handle faults in order to ensure a continuous operation of the network
 Taking Health check up and routine monitoring of BSC.
 The software upgrades of the BSS (bts &bsc)network as required from time to
time.
 Configuration management and Fault management of BTSs, BSCs and TRAUs...
 Adding, deleting, locking, unlocking Trx from BSC end.
 Working with project team until the completion and acceptance of the complete
system.
 Definition of different object types for Sts Data in BSC, MSC.

 E1 forwarding for new site.

 Testing of transmission media (E1)
 Handling of any type of troubleshoot in BTS.
 Managing all the issues related to site
 Handling Customer complaints regarding to coverage, GPRS.
 Solutions & Technical support to BTS Engineers.

engineering & consultant from Dec.2007 to Nov.2009.

Project name:- AUTOMATIC ROOM POWER CONTROLLER

 This project has been developed with an aim of providing ease and convenience in
Offices, Factories, Homes where we have faculty that when we enter a room light will
automatically get ON and remain on until there is single person inside the room and it
will turn OFF when nobody inside the room or when last person left the room.
