१.१ राज्य शासनाच्या नगरपररषद प्रशासन संचालनालय अंतगगत राज्यातील नगरपररषद / नगरपंचायती यांचे कडील
रवरवध पदासाठी गठीत " महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद सेवा " अंतगगत चे रवरवध सेवातील खालील प्रमाणे श्रेणी रनहाय

टीप : वररल नमुद सेवा अंतगगत असलेल्या श्रेणी क संवगातील एकूण पदापैकी २५ % पदे ही नगरपररषद
कमगचा-यामधून भरावयाची आहे त. तथारप आवश्यक संख्येएवढे पाि नगरपरीषद कमगचारी उपलब्ध न
झाल्यास ररक्त रारहलेली पदे सामान्य भरतीतील पाि उमेदवारातून भरण्यात येतील. .
नेमणूकीचे रठकाण : महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद सेवा अंतगगत गठीत सेवा मधील मंजूर असलेल्या ककवा भरवष्ट्यात
मंजूर होणा-या पदावर राज्यातील कोणतीही नगरपररषद / नगरपंचायत येथे नेमणुक करण्यात येइल.
१.२ प्रत्येक सेवा व त्याअंतगगत श्रेणी रनहाय भरावयाच्या पदांचा तपशील , पदसंख्या, , आरक्षण इत्यादी
बाबी जारहरातीत नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे असतील.
२ . पदासाठी आवश्यक अहग ता
पद रनहाय शैक्षरणक तसेच रवशेष अहग ता ही जारहरातीत नमूद केलेप्रमाणे असेल.
३ . परीक्षेचे टप्पे
३ .१ प्रस्तुत परीक्षा एकूण दोन टप्प्यात घेण्यात येईल. :- ( १ ) संयुक्त/सामारयक पूवग परीक्षा ( २)

३.३ दोन्ही परीक्षा या ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने घेण्यात येत असल्याने , कोणतीही पूवप
ग रीक्षा त्यासाठी आवेदन
करणा-या रवद्यार्थ्यांची संख्या तसेच परीक्षा घेण्यासाठी उपलब्ध केंद्राची क्षमता रवचारात घेवून, आवश्यकता
असल्यास कोणतीही परीक्षा एक ककवा एकापेक्षा अरधक रदवशी तसेच एकापेक्षा अरधक सिात घेण्यात येईल.
व प्रत्येक सिासाठी अभ्यासक्रमावर आधारीत वेगवेगळी प्रश्नपरिका असेल.
३.४ प्रत्येक पूवग परीक्षा / मुख्यपरीक्षेसाठी अभ्यास क्रम यापुढे नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे असेल.
३ .५ संयक्
ु त / सामारयक पूवग परीक्षेच्या रनकालाच्या आधारे मुख्य परीक्षांच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि ठरणा-या
उमेदवारांची मुख्य परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल
३ .६ संबधीत पूवग परीक्षेच्या रनकालानंतर मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी स्वतंि अरधसूचना काढण्यात येईल.
४ . परीक्षा शुल्क (फी)
४ .1 प्रस्तुत परीक्षेकररता आकारण्यात येणारे शुल्क खालीलप्रमाणे आहे.

4.2 रव.जा. (अ),भ.ज.(ब),रव.मा.प्र.,भ.ज.(क), भ.ज.(ड) व इ.मा.व प्रवगातील उन्नत व प्रगत गटात (क्रीमी
लेअर) मोडणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना आरक्षणाचा व वयोमयादे चा फायदा देय नसल्याने त्यांनी अमागास
उमेदवारांप्रमाणे परीक्षा शुल्क भरणे आवश्यक आहे .
४.3 उन्नत व प्रगत गटासंदभातील (क्रीमी लेअर) उत्पन्नाची मयादा तसेच अन्य तदनुषंरगक बाबी शासनाने
वेळोवेळी जारी केलेल्या आदेशानुसार राहतील.
४.4 एका पेक्षा अरधक पूवग /मुख्य परीक्षासाठी ककवा एकाच पूवग परीक्षेव्दारा एकापेक्षा अरधक सेवांसाठी
आवेदन करणा-या उमेदवाराने प्रत्येक परीक्षा / सेवासाठी रवरहत परीक्षा शुल्क भरणा करणे आवश्यक आहे .
५ . पूवग परीक्षा
५ .१ रवरवध सेवा अंतगगतचे पदासाठी खालील प्रमाणे सामारयक पूवग परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल.

५ .२ पदसंख्या : पदभरती करता जारहरातीत नमूद सेवा व श्रेणी रनहाय पदसंख्येच्या आधारे पदभरतीची
कायगवाही करण्यात येईल.
५ .३ पूवग परीक्षांचा तपशील
५.३.१ नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा ( सवगसाधारण ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा
१ . (i) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद स्थापत्य अरभयांरिकी सेवा (ii) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद रवद्युत अरभयांरिकी सेवा
(iii) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद संगणक अरभयांरिकी सेवा (iv) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण
व स्वच्छता अरभयांरिकी सेवा या अरभयांरिकी सेवा अंतगगत सवग श्रेणीच्या संवगातील पदाच्या ( नगरपररषद
कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदांव्यारतररक्त उवगरीत पदे ) भरतीसाठी एकच संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा घेणेत येईल.
२ . या पदांचे भरती जारहरातीस अनुसरून उपलब्ध नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा ( सवगसाधारण ) संयक्
ु त
पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग करणा-या उमेदवाराने स्थापत्य / रवद्युत / संगणक / पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण व
स्वच्छता या पैकी कोणत्या सेवत
े ील पदासाठी परीक्षेस बसू इच्च्छतो यासाठीचा रवकल्प (Option) ऑनलाईन
अजात नमूद करावयाचा आहे . उमेदवाराने ऑनलाईन अजात रदलेला सेवच
े ा रवकल्प हा संबधीत सेवत
े ील
भरतीकररता अजग समजण्यात येईल.
३. कोणताही उमेदवार संबधीत पूवप

ग रीक्षेंतगगत असलेल्या सेवांपैकी एका पेक्षा अरधक सेवांसाठी आवश्यक
असलेली अहग ता व शैक्षरणक पािता धारण करीत असल्यास, तो एकापेक्षा अरधक सेवांसाठी अजग करण्यास
पाि असेल, व तो ऑनलाईन अजाव्दारे एकापेक्षा अरधक सेवांचा पयाय रनवडू न अशा सेवांसाठी अजग सादर
करू शकतो. यासाठी त्याने स्वतंि अजग सादर करणेची आवश्यकता नाही. तथारप त्याने अशा प्रत्येक
सेवस
े ाठी रवरहत परीक्षा शुल्क भरणे आवश्यक आहे . अशा उमेदवारास संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेव्दारे प्राप्त होणारे गुण
त्याने ज्या सेवांसाठी अजग केलेला आहे , अशा प्रत्येक सेवक
े रीता गुणवत्ता यादी तयार करतांना रवचारात
घेणेत येतील.
४. प्रत्येक सेवत
े ील श्रेणी अ , श्रेणी ब व श्रेणी क अंतगगत पदावर रनवड ही सामारयक रनवड यादीतील गुणवत्ता
क्रमांकानुसार करण्यात येणार असल्याने श्रेणी पदाचा रवकल्प (Option) दे ण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.
५ . ज्या उमेदवाराने नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयक्
ु त
पूवग परीक्षा साठी अजग केलेला उमेदवार, तो नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवत
े ील इतर उवगरीत पदासाठी
आवश्यक शैक्षरणक, वय व इतर अहगता धारण करीत असल्यास तो " नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा
(सवगसाधारण ) संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षा" साठी अजग करण्यास पाि असेल. त्यासाठी त्याने अजग सादर करतांना तसा
पयाय रनवड करणे व प्रत्येक पूवग परीक्षेसाठी रवरहत केलेले शुल्क भरणा करणे आवश्यक आहे . तसेच त्यांस
या परीक्षेसाठी शैक्षरणक पािता, वयोमयादा ककवा प्राधान्य यापैकी कोणत्याही बाबीत सवलत अनुज्ञेय असणार
नाही.
६ . संयक्

एकरित पदसंख्येच्या आधारे (श्रेणी क संवगातील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदे वगळू न) संबधीत

े ाठीच्या मुख्य परीक्षेकरीता पाि करावयाच्या उमेदवारांची संख्या रनरित करून संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेच्या
आधारे प्रत्येक सेवक
े ररता स्वतंि रनकाल जाहीर केला जाईल.
५.३.२.नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा :
(१ ) (i) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा (स्थापत्य) (ii) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा (रवद्युत)
(iii) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा (संगणक) (iv) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण
व स्वच्छता अरभयांरिकी सेवा या अरभयांरिकी सेवातील श्रेणी क संवगातील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून
भरावयाच्या पदावरील भरतीसाठी एकच संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा घेणेत येईल.
(२) अरभयांरिकी सेवातील श्रेणी क संवगातील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदासाठीच्या संयक्
ु त
पूवग परीक्षेसाठी फक्त जारहरातीत नमूद केलेली रवरहत अहग ता धारण करणारे नगरपररषद कमगचारीच पाि
असतील.
(३) या पदांचे भरती जारहरातीस अनुसरून उपलब्ध नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद
कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग करणा-या उमेदवाराने स्थापत्य / रवद्युत / संगणक /
पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण व स्वच्छता या पैकी कोणत्या सेवत
े ील पदासाठी परीक्षेस बसू इच्च्छतो यासाठीचा
रवकल्प (Option) ऑनलाईन अजात नमूद करावयाचा आहे . उमेदवाराने ऑनलाईन अजात रदलेला सेवच
े ा
रवकल्प हा संबधीत सेवत
े ील भरतीकररता अजग समजण्यात येईल.
(४) नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयक्

ु त पूवग परीक्षा अंतगगत
ज्या सेवांची पदे भरण्यात येणार आहेत , त्यापैकी एका पेक्षा अरधक सेवासाठी आवश्यक असलेली अहग ता व
शैक्षरणक पािता धारण करीत असल्यास , तो एकापेक्षा अरधक सेवांसाठी ऑनलाईन अजाव्दारे रवकल्प
रनवडू न अजग करू शकतो. त्यासाठी त्याने स्वतंि अजग सादर करणे आवश्यक नाही. तथारप त्यासाठी त्याने
प्रत्येक सेवस
े ाठी स्वतंि परीक्षा शुल्क भरणे आवश्यक आहे , अशा उमेदवारास संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षेव्दारे प्राप्त
होणारे गुण हे त्याने ज्या सेवांसाठी अजग केलेला आहे, अशा प्रत्येक सेवक
े रीता मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी रनवड यादी
तयार करतांना रवचारात घेणेत येतील.
(५) या संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी केलेल्या अजाचा रवचार फक्त संबधीत अरभयांरिकी सेवत
े ील श्रेणी क मधील
नगरपररषद कमगचा-या मधून भरावयाच्या पदासाठी करण्यात येईल. त्या श्रेणीतील उवगरीत पदे ककवा इतर
श्रेणी तील (श्रेणी अ , श्रेणी ब) पदांसाठी त्यांचा रवचार केला जाणार नाही.
६. संयक्
े ा रवकल्प तसेच, त्या सेवत
े श्रेणी क संवगातील
नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदसंख्येच्या आधारे संबधीत सेवस
े ाठीच्या मुख्य परीक्षेकरीता पाि
करावयाच्या उमेदवारांची संख्या रनरित करून संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेच्या आधारे प्रत्येक सेवक
े ररता स्वतंि रनकाल
जाहीर केला जाईल.
५.३.३ नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा ( सवगसाधारण ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा
१ .महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा व महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय

सेवा या दोन्ही सेवा अंतगगत सवग श्रेणी संवगातील पदाचे ( नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदा
व्यरतररक्त उवगरीत पदे ) भरतीसाठी एकच संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा घेणेत येईल.
२ . या पदांचे भरती जारहरातीस अनुसरून नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा संयक्

ु त पूवग परीक्षा या

ु त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग करणा-या उमेदवाराने (1) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा (2)
महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय सेवा यापैकी कोणत्या रवरशष्ट्ट एका सेवत
े ील पदांसाठी
ककवा दोन्ही सेवत
े ील पदांसाठी पूवग परीक्षेस बसू इच्च्छतोयासाठीचा रवकल्प (Option) ऑनलाईन अजात नमूद
करावयाचा आहे. जर उमेदवार दोन्ही सेवासाठी अजग करण्यास इच्छु क असेल तर त्याने दोन्ही पदासाठी
रवरहत सामारयक पािता (मान्यता प्राप्त रवद्यापीठाचा वारणज्य शाखेचा पदवीधर) धारण करीत असणे
आवश्यक आहे.
३. अशा प्रकारे दोन्ही सेवामधील पदासाठी पयाय रदलेल्या उमेदवारानी दोन्ही सेवासाठीचे परीक्षा शुल्क
भरणे आवश्यक आहे. अन्यथा त्याचा रवकल्प मान्य करण्यात येणार नाही. याबाबत उमेदवाराने ऑनलाईन
अजात रदलेला सेवच
े ील भरतीकररता अजग समजण्यात येईल.

क्रमांकानुसार करण्यात येणार असल्याने श्रेणी पदाचा रवकल्प (Option) दे ण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.
५. ज्या उमेदवाराने नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग केलेला उमेदवार, तो महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा व
महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय सेवत
े ील इतर उवगरीत पदासाठी आवश्यक शैक्षरणक पािता
, वय व इतर अहग ता धारण करीत असल्यास तो " नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा (सवगसाधारण )
संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षा" साठी अजग करण्यास पाि असेल. त्यासाठी त्याने अजग सादर करतांना तसा पयाय रनवड
करणे व प्रत्येक पूवग परीक्षेसाठी रवरहत केलेले शुल्क भरणा करणे आवश्यक आहे . तसेच त्यांस या परीक्षेसाठी
शैक्षरणक पािता, वयोमयादा ककवा प्राधान्य यापैकी कोणत्याही बाबीत सवलत अनुज्ञय
े असणार नाही.

े ील श्रेणी क संवगातील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदावरील भरतीसाठी
एकच संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षा घेणेत येईल.
(२) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा व महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय
सेवा या प्रशासकीय सेवातील श्रेणी क संवगातील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यातून भरावयाच्या पदासाठीच्या
संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी फक्त जारहरातीत नमूद केलेली रवरहत अहग ता धारण करणारे नगरपररषद कमगचारीच
पाि असतील.
(३) या पदांचे भरती जारहरातीस अनुसरून उपलब्ध नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा ( श्रेणी क
नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग करणा-या उमेदवाराने महाराष्ट्र
नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा व महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय सेवा या पैकी
कोणत्या सेवत
े ील पदासाठी परीक्षेस बसू इच्च्छतोयासाठीचा रवकल्प (Option) ऑनलाईन अजात नमूद
करावयाचा आहे. उमेदवाराने ऑनलाईन अजात रदलेला सेवच
े ील भरतीकररता
अजग समजण्यात येईल.
(४) नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा ( श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षा
अंतगगत ज्या सेवांची पदे भरण्यात येणार आहे त , त्यापैकी एका पेक्षा अरधक सेवासाठी आवश्यक असलेली
अहग ता व शैक्षरणक पािता धारण करीत असल्यास , तो एकापेक्षा अरधक सेवांसाठी ऑनलाईन अजाव्दारे
रवकल्प रनवडू न अजग करू शकतो. त्यासाठी त्याने स्वतंि अजग सादर करणे आवश्यक नाही. तथारप त्यासाठी
त्याने प्रत्येक सेवस
े ाठी स्वतंि परीक्षा शुल्क भरणे आवश्यक आहे . अशा उमेदवारास संयक्
ु त पूवग परीक्षेव्दारे
प्राप्त होणारे गुण हे त्याने ज्या सेवांसाठी अजग केलेला आहे अशा प्रत्येक सेवक
े रीता मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी रनवड
यादी तयार करतांना रवचारात घेणेत येतील.
(५) या संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षेसाठी केलेल्या अजाचा रवचार फक्त महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा
व महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय सेवा तील श्रेणी क मधील नगरपररषद कमगचा-या मधून
भरावयाच्या पदासाठी करण्यात येईल. त्या श्रेणीतील उवगरीत पदे ककवा इतर श्रेणी (श्रेणी अ , श्रेणी ब ) तील
पदांसाठी त्यांचा रवचार केला जाणार नाही.

५.४ एक ककवा अरधक पूवग परीक्षासाठी / सेवांसाठी अजग करण्यासाठीचे रनकष
५.४.१ कोणताही उमेदवार हा संबरधत पूवग परीक्षेंतगगत सेवासाठी रवरहत करण्यात आलेली अहग ता ककवा
पािता धारण करीत असल्यास , कोणतीही एक ककवा त्यापेक्षा अरधक पूवग परीक्षासाठी अजग सादर करू शकेल.
माि अशा प्रत्येक पूवग परीक्षेसाठी त्याने स्वतंि पणे शुल्क भरणा करणे आवश्यक आहे . तसेच एकाच पूवग
परीक्षेंतगगत असलेल्या रवरवध सेवा पैकी एक ककवा अरधक सेवांसाठी आवश्यक अहग ता धारण करीत असल्यास
तो एका पेक्षा अरधक सेवासाठी अजग सादर करू शकतो. तथारप त्यासाठी अजग सादर करताना त्या प्रत्येक

केलेनंतर त्यात बदल ककवा पूवग परीक्षा अथवा सेवा यांचे रनवड केलेल्या पयायात वाढ / बदल करता येणार
नाही , ही बाब उमेदवारांनी अजग सादर करणेपव

रदनांक तसेच परीक्षा सि प्रवेशपिा व्दारे नेमन
ू दे ण्यात येईल. याबाबत महा परीक्षा पोटग ल चे त्या त्या वेळचे
धोरण व महा परीक्षा पोटग ल चा रनणगय अंरतम मानण्यात येईल.
५.६.२ नेमून दे ण्यात आलेले परीक्षा केंद्र / परीक्षा रदनांक ककवा परीक्षा सिात बदल करण्याची कोणतीही
रवनंती मान्य करण्यात येणार नाही. तसेच त्याबाबत कोणताही पि व्यवहार रवचारात घेण्यात येणार नाही.
५.६ .३ नेमून दे ण्यात आलेले कोणतेही केंद्र कायाच्न्वत होऊ शकले नाही तर त्या केंद्रावरील उमेदवारांची
व्यवस्था जवळच्या दु सऱ्या केंद्रावर करण्यात येईल. असा बदल केल्यास, त्याबाबतची सूचना उमेदवारांना

७.० पूवग परीक्षेचा रनकाल :
७.1 पूवग परीक्षा उत्तरपरिकांचे मुल्याकन :
७.1.१ वस्तुरनष्ट्ठ स्वरुपाच्या उत्तरपरिकांचे मुल्याकन करतांना उत्तरपरिकेत नमूद केलेल्या योग्य उत्तरांनाच
गुण रदले जातील.
७.१.२ प्रत्येक बरोबर उत्तरास एक गुण रदला जाईल.
७.1.३ प्रत्येक चार चुकीच्या उत्तरामागे एक गुण एकुण गुणांमधून वजा करण्यात येतील.
७.२ पूवग परीक्षा रनहाय मुख्य परीक्षासाठी गुणवत्ता यादी : मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी उमेदवारांची संख्या
रवरहत मयादे त रसरमत करण्यासाठी पूवग परीक्षा घेण्यात येते. प्रत्येक पूवग परीक्षेत उमेदवारांना प्राप्त झालेल्या
गुणांचे आधारे खालील पररच्छे द क्र ७.२.१ ते ७.२.४. मध्ये रवरहत केल्याप्रमाणे प्रत्येक मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी स्वतंि
गुणवत्ता यादी तयार करण्यात येईल. कोणत्याही उमेदवाराचा अशा गुणवत्ता यादीत समावेश होण्यासाठी त्या
उमेदवाराने संबधीत पूवग परीक्षेत रकमान ४५ % गुण प्राप्त करणे आवश्यक आहे. तरच त्याचा मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी
रनवडी करीता रवचार करण्यात येईल.
७.२.१ नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा (सवगसाधारण ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा अंतगगतच्या प्रत्येक सेवक
े रीता
स्वतंिपणे गुणवत्ता यादी तयार करण्यात येईल. त्या आधारे ;
(१ )महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद स्थापत्य अरभयांरिकी सेवा
(२) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद रवद्युत अरभयांरिकी सेवा
(३) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद संगणक अरभयांरिकी सेवा
(४) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण व स्वच्छता अरभयांरिकी सेवा
या प्रत्येक सेवस
े ाठी घेण्यात येणा-या मुख्य परीक्षांसाठी पाि उमेदवारांची रनवड करण्यात येईल. अशी प्रत्येक
यादी ही त्या सेवत
े ील श्रेणी अ , श्रेणी ब व श्रेणी क (नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे वगळू न) मधील पदासाठी
सामारयक यादी असेल.
७.२.२ नगरपररषद अरभयांरिकी सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा
अंतगगतच्या प्रत्येक सेवक
े रीता स्वतंिपणे गुणवत्ता यादी तयार करण्यात येईल. त्या आधारे
(१ )महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद स्थापत्य अरभयांरिकी सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
(२) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद रवद्युत अरभयांरिकी सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
(३) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद संगणक अरभयांरिकी सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
(४) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद पाणीपुरवठा , जलरनस्सारण व स्वच्छता अरभयांरिकी सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद
कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
े ाठी श्रेणी क मधील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यामधून भरावयाच्या पदासाठी घेण्यात येणा-या मुख्य
परीक्षांसाठी पाि उमेदवारांची रनवड करण्यात येईल.
७.२.३ नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा (सवगसाधारण ) संयक्

प्रत्येक यादी ही त्या सेवत
े ील श्रेणी अ , श्रेणी ब व श्रेणी क (नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे वगळू न) मधील
पदासाठी सामारयक यादी असेल.
७.२.4 नगरपररषद प्रशासकीय व लेखा सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे ) संयुक्त पूवग परीक्षा
अंतगगतच्या प्रत्येक सेवक
(१) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद लेखापरीक्षण व लेखा सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
(२) महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद कर रनधारण व प्रशासकीय सेवा (श्रेणी क नगरपररषद कमगचा-यासाठीची पदे )
े ाठी श्रेणी क मधील नगरपररषद कमगचा-यामधून भरावयाच्या पदासाठी घेण्यात येणा-या मुख्य
परीक्षांसाठी पाि उमेदवारांची रनवड करण्यात येईल.
७.३ मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि उमेदवारांची रनवड पध्दती : वरील पररच्छे द क्र. ७.२ नुसार तयार करण्यात
आलेल्या गुणवत्ता यादीच्या आधारे प्रत्रेक मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि उमेदवारांची रनवड यादी खाली नमूद
केलेल्या पध्दतीने तयार करण्यात येईल.
1. प्रथम टप्प्यात प्रस्तुत संयक्

ु त पूवग परीक्षेअंतगगत संबरधत सेवक
े रीता भरती करावयाच्या उमेदवार संख्येच्या
एकुण १२ पट एवढ्या संख्येचे उमेदवार गुणवत्ता यादीचे गुणानुक्रमानुसार मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी
पाि होतील, अशा रीतीने रसमारे षा (Cut Off Line) रनरित करण्यात येईल. अशा रीतीने रनरित
केलेल्या रसमारे षेच्या आतील उमेदवार हे संबधीत मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि असतील.
2. तद्नंतर, दुसऱ्या टप्प्यात परहल्या टप्प्यात रनवड केलेल्या उमेदवारापैकी , गुणवत्ता यादीतील क्रमानुसार
खुल्या प्रवगातून भरावयाच्या पदांचे १२ पट एवढ्या संख्येतील उमेदवारा व्यरतररक्त उवगरीत उमेदवारातून
प्रत्येक सामारजक प्रवगाच्या पदसंख्येच्या रकमान 1२ पट उमेदवार उपलब्ध होतील अशा रीतीने त्या
प्रवगासाठी वरील सीमारे षा (Cut Off Line) खाली ओढली जाईल. अशा प्रत्येक प्रवगासाठी रनरित
केलेल्या स्वतंि रसमारे षेच्या (Cut Off Line) आतील संबधीत प्रवगाचे उमेदवार हे मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि
असतील.
3. वरील प्रमाणे टप्पा क्र. १ ते 2 नुसार रनवड करण्यात आलेले उमेदवार हे मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि असतील
तसेच मुख्य परीक्षेतील गुणवत्ता व आरक्षण संबधी तरतुदीच्या अधीन राहू न त्या मुख्य परीक्षेंतगगत सवग
पदावर अंरतम रनवडीस पाि असतील.
७.४ वररल ७.३ नुसार मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी पाि ठररवण्यात आलेल्या उमेदवारांना त्यांनी संयक्
अजामध्ये रदलेल्या मारहतीच्या आधारे, ते रवहीत अटींची पूतगता करतात, असे समजून रनव्वळ तात्पुरत्या
स्वरुपात मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि समजण्यात येईल.
७.५ अशा रीतीने मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांची यादी संचालनालयाच्या / महा
परीक्षा पोटग ल यांच्या संबधीत परीक्षा संकेतस्थळावर प्ररसध्द करण्यात येईल.
७.६ पूवग परीक्षेचा रनकाल जारहर झाल्याची व मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांची
मारहती महापरीक्षा पोटग ल यांच्या www.mahapariksha.gov.in या संकेतस्थळावर प्ररसध्द करण्यात येईल.
तसेच, मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि ठरलेल्या प्रत्येक उमेदवाराला Email द्वारे कळरवण्यात येईल.
७.७ पूवग परीक्षेचे गुण अंरतम रनवडीच्या वेळी रवचारात घेतले जाणार नाही.
८. पूवग परीक्षा रनहाय मुख्य परीक्षासाठीचे रवकल्प
८.१ संयक्
ु त / सामारयक पूवग परीक्षेच्या रनकालाच्या आधारे मुख्य परीक्षांच्या प्रवेशासाठी पाि ठरणा-या
उमेदवारांची मुख्य परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल.
८.२ संबधीत संयक्

ु त / सामारयक पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग सादर करताना रदलेला /ले रवकल्प व मारहती
अंरतम समजण्यात येईल व त्याच्या आधारे च पुढील भरती प्ररक्रया होईल.
८.३ संबध

ु त / सामारयक पूवग परीक्षेसाठी अजग सादर करताना रदलेला/ले रवकल्प व अजामध्ये
नमूद मारहती यामध्ये बदल करण्याबाबतची रवनंती कोणत्याही पररच्स्थतीत मान्य करता येणार नाही.
९. मुख्य परीक्षा
९.१ संबरं धत मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी रवरहत करण्यात आलेल्या परीक्षा योजना व अभ्यासक्रमाच्या आधारे
उमेदवारांची मुख्य परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल.
९.२ उमेदवार हा जारहरातीतील तरतुदीनुसार रवरहत अटींची पूतगता करीत असल्याचे गुहीत धरून, त्याची
रनवड झाल्यास सवग मुळ कागदपिे पडताळणीच्या अरधन राहू न उमेदवारास मुख्य परीक्षेस प्रवेश दे ण्यात
येईल.
९.३ खालील नमूद केलेप्रमाणे प्रत्रेक सेवा रनहाय रवरहत करण्यात आलेल्या परीक्षा योजना व
अभ्यासक्रमानुसार स्वतंि मुख्य परीक्षा घेण्यात येईल.

पोटग ल यांच्या संकेतस्थळ www.mahapariksha.gov.in वरील ऑनलाईन अजग प्रणालीव्दारे मुख्य परीक्षेच्या
प्रवेशासाठी पाि उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या प्रोफाईलद्वारे अजग करता येईल. त्यावेळी मुख्य परीक्षेच्या प्रवेशासाठी ,
रवरहत केलेल्या ऑनलाईन पध्दतीने रवरहत परीक्षा-शुल्क मुदतीत भरणा करणे आवश्यक राहील.

9.६.१: मुख्य परीक्षा महा परीक्षा पोटग ल रनरित करे ल अशा रनवडक परीक्षा केंद्रांवर घेण्यात येईल.
9.६.२ मुख्य परीक्षासाठी केंद्राच्या उपलब्धतेनुसार महा परीक्षा पोटग ल कडू न उमेदवारास परीक्षा केंद्र व परीक्षा
रदनांक तसेच परीक्षा सि प्रवेशपिाव्दारे नेमून दे ण्यात येईल. याबाबत महा परीक्षा पोटग ल चे त्या त्या वेळचे
धोरण व रनणगय अंरतम मानण्यात येईल.
9.६.३ नेमून दे ण्यात आलेले परीक्षा केंद्र / परीक्षा रदनांक ककवा परीक्षा सिात बदल करण्याची कोणतीही
रवनंती मान्य करण्यात येणार नाही. तसेच त्याबाबत कोणताही पि व्यवहार रवचारात घेण्यात येणार नाही.
10 मुख्य परीक्षेचा रनकाल
10.1 मुल्यांकन
१०.१.१ वस्तुरनष्ट्ठ स्वरुपांच्या उत्तरपरिकांचे मुल्यांकन करताना उत्तरपरिकेत नमूद केलेल्या योग्य
उत्तरांनाच गुण रदले जातील.
१०.१.२ प्रत्येक बरोबर उत्तरासाठी एक गुण दे ण्यात येईल.
१०.१.३ प्रत्येक चार चुकीच्या उत्तरामागे एक गुण एकुण गुणांमधून वजा करण्यात येइल.
10.2 गुणवत्ता यादी
१०.२.१ मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी गुणवत्ता यादी : अ. क्र. १ ते १२ मध्ये प्रत्येक मुख्य परीक्षेसाठी उमेदवारांनी मुख्य
पररक्षेत प्राप्त केलेल्या गुणांच्या आधारे गुणवत्तानुसार यादी (Merit List) तयार करण्यात येईल. अशा गुणवत्ता
यादीत समावेश होण्यासाठी उमेदवाराने संबधीत मुख्य परीक्षेत रकमान ४५ % गुण प्राप्त करणे आवश्यक आहे .
10.२.२ ज्या मुख्य परीक्षेंतगगत एका पेक्षा अरधक श्रेणीची पदे भरण्यात येणार असतील अशा मुख्य परीक्षातील
उमेदवारांना प्राप्त गुणांचे आधारे भरती करावयाच्या सवग श्रेणीचे पदासाठी एकच सामारयक गुणवत्ता यादी
तयार करण्यात येईल.
१०.२.३ श्रेणी क मधील पदापैकी नगरपररषद कमगचा-या मधून भरावयाच्या पदासाठीचे असलेल्या मुख्य
परीक्षेव्दारे तयार करण्यात आलेली गुणवत्ता यादी ही फक्त संबधीत सेवत
े ील श्रेणी क अंतगगत नगरपररषद
कमगचा-या मधून भरावयाच्या पदाची रनवड करणे पुरती मयारदत असेल.
10.२.४ गुणवत्ता यादी जाहीर झाल्याची सुचना महा परीक्षा पोटग ल च्या संकेतस्थळावर प्ररसध्द करण्यात

11. अंरतम रनवड:
11.१ प्रत्येक मुख्य परीक्षेच्या गुणवत्तायादीतील गुणानुक्रम व पदासाठी लागू असलेलेले आरक्षण आधारे
श्रेणी रनहाय पदांची रनवडसूची तयार करण्यात येईल.
११.२ संबरं धत पदासाठीच्या मुख्य परीक्षेमधून रनवडीस पाि होण्याकरीता उमेदवाराने मुख्य परीक्षेत रकमान
४५ % गुण प्राप्त करणे आवश्यक राहील.
११.३ सामारयक गुणवत्ता यादी आधारे श्रेणी रनहाय रनवड यादी तयार करण्याची पध्दती
११.३.१ मुख्य परीक्षा क्र. १ ते ४ , ९ व १० ज्यात ज्या मुख्य परीक्षेव्दारे एकापेक्षा अरधक श्रेणीतील पदे
भरावयाची आहे त , अशा परीक्षेत प्राप्त गुणांच्या आधारे तयार करणेत आलेल्या सामारयक गुणवत्ता यादीतील
गुणानुक्रमानुसार श्रेणी रनहाय रनवड यादी तयार करणेत येईल.
११.३.२ अशी रनवड यादी तयार करतांना रवचारात घ्यावयाचा श्रेणीचा क्रम हा " प्रथम श्रेणी 'अ' मधील सवग
पदे त्यानंतर अनुक्रमे श्रेणी ब मधील सवग पदे व शेवटी श्रेणी क मधील पदे (नगरपररषद कमगचा-यामधून
भरावयाच्या पदा व्यरतररक्तची पदे ) असा असेल.
११.३.३ सामारयक गुणवत्ता यादी आधारे प्रत्येक श्रेणीसाठी रनवड यादी तयार करतांना संबधीत श्रेणी तून
भरती करावयाच्या पदांची संख्या व त्यास लागू असलेल्या सामारजक व समांतर आरक्षणानुसार आररक्षत पदे
रवचारात घेवन
ू रनवड यादी तयार करण्यात येईल.
११.४ मुख्य परीक्षा क्र. ५ ते ८ , ११ व १२ ज्यात ज्या मुख्य परीक्षेव्दारे फक्त एकाच श्रेणीसाठी (श्रेणी क
मधील पदापैकी नगरपररषद कमगचा-या मधून भरावयाची पदे ) साठी रनवड करावयाची असल्याने संबधीत
सेवत
े श्रेणी क मधील पदापैकी नगरपररषद कमगचा-या मधून भरावयाच्या पदांची पदसंख्या तसेच त्यास लागू
असलेल्या सामारजक व समांतर आरक्षणानुसार आररक्षत पदे रवचारात घेवन

ु तीच रनवड
यादी तयार करण्यात येईल.
११.५ गुणवत्ता यादीमधील समान गुण धारण करणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्यक्रम (Ranking) सामान्य
प्रशासन रवभाग , शासन पूरकपि क्रमांक: प्रारनमं-1२17/(प्र.क्र.92/17)/१३-अ रदनांक : 2 रडसेंबर, २०17
नुसार ककवा त्यानंतर शासनाकडू न वेळोवेळी रवरहत करण्यात येणा-या रनकषानुसार ठररवण्यात येईल.
११.६ महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद सेवा पद भरती- २०१८ उमेदवारांना सवगसाधारण सुचना मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या
कायगपध्दतीनुसार उमेदवारांच्या रनवड करण्यात येईल.
११.७ अनुसूरचत जाती, अनूसूरचत जमाती व उन्नत व प्रगत गटात मोडत नसल्याचे प्रमाणपि असलेल्या
रवमुक्त जाती (अ)भटक्या जमाती (ब), भटक्या जमाती (क), भटक्या जमाती (ड), रवशेष मागास प्रवगग व इतर
मागास वगग या प्रवगातील उमेदवार तसेच मरहला व पाि खेडाळू उमेदवार , प्रकल्प ग्रस्त , भूकंपग्रस्त ,
पदवीधर /पदरवका धारक अंशकालीन उमेदवार यांची रनवड समांतर आरक्षणाबाबत शासन पररपिक,
सामान्य प्रशासन रवभाग, क्रमांक एसआरव्ही-1012/प्र.क्र.16/12/16-अ, रदनांक 13 ऑगस्ट 2014 आरण
तदनंतर शासनाने यासंदभात वेळोवेळी रनगगरमत केलेल्या ककवा मुख्य परीक्षेच्या अंरतम रनवडी पूवी या संदभात
रनगगरमत होणा-या आदे शानुसार कायगवाही करण्यात येईल.
1१.८ या पदभरती संबधी जारहरात / मागगदशगक सुचना ककवा परीक्षा योजना यात कोणतीही तरतूद नमूद
असली तरी, अंरतम रनवडी संदभात वेळोवेळी अद्ययावत प्रचलीत शासन आदेश / रनणगय यानुसार कायगवाही
करण्यात येईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
११.९ एकाच सामारयक परीक्षा व गुणवता यादी व्दारे रवरवध श्रेणीतील पदावर रनवड करण्यात येत असल्याने
अंरतम रनवड केलेल्या उमेदवारा व्यरतररक्त कोणतीही प्रतीक्षा यादी ठे वण्यात येणार नाही.
११.१० रनवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांची नावे तसेच कागदपि पडताळणीच्या कायगक्रमाबाबत वेळापिक व सुचना
नगरपररषद प्रशासन संचालनालयचे https://mahadma.maharashtra.gov.inया संकेतस्थळ प्ररसध्द
करण्यात येतील. तसेच रनवड झालेल्या उमेदवाराना इमेल ककवा पिाव्दारे कळरवण्यात येईल.
संचालनालयाकडील उपलब्ध उमेदवाराची रनयुक्तीसाठी रनवड करण्यात आली आहे ककवा नाही, याबाबत
उमेदवारांच्या प्रोफाईल द्वारे ककवा तसेच रनवडपाि उमेदवारास कळरवण्यात येईल.
११.११ महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषद सेवा पद भरती- २०१८ उमेदवारांना सवगसाधारण सुचना व प्रस्तुत परीक्षेची
योजना या पदांसाठीच्या जारहरातीचा भाग असतील. तथारप कोणत्याही बाबतीत जारहरात व उपरोक्त नमूद
सवगसाधारण सुचना , प्रस्तुत परीक्षेची योजना यात रवसंगती आढळल्यास जारहरातीत नमूद तरतूद रवचारात
घेण्यात येईल.
