ABSTRAK
Yellow Podsolik Red (PMK) has a low pH value and poor nutrients. This is a
limiting factor for plant growth, as well as the proliferation of bacteria that can
support the availability of nutrients in the soil, including the Phosphate Solvent
Bacteria (BPF). So it is necessary to do research on the existence of bacteria that
are tolerant to the soil condition. The purpose of this study was to determine the
number of populations and identify BPF found on soil FMD. This research has been
conducted from June to August 2017 in Pathology, Entomology and Microbiology
laboratory of State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim and Health
Department of Health and Environment Laboratory of UPT. This research is a
descriptive research where the result of observation is presented in tabular form.
Sampling is done by purposive sampling consist of 5 point and compiled according
to the same depth that is 0-10 cm, 11-21 cm and 21-30 cm. Isolation of bacterial
solvent phosphate was done on pikovskaya media by pouring method and colon of
BPF was calculated by counting cup technique. The parameters observed in this
research are morphology of bacterial solvent of phosphate macroscopically,
microscopically. The results showed that the population of bacteria in the depth of
0-10 cm was 8.9 x 105 CFU / g soil, the depth of 11-20 cm was 7.1 x 105 CFU / g
soil and at a depth of 21-30 cm was 6.1 x 105 CFU / g of soil. The result of culture
purification was obtained five bacterial isolates, ie two genera of Gram negative
bacteria Klebsiella sp., And Acinetobacter sp., And one genus of yeast Candida sp.
