To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter in regards to Mr. Tomas Pruneda. I have had the pleasure of knowing
Tomas this year; he has been a student of mine this past year at El Capitan high school. I’ve had
the pleasure of watching him work this year and I have watched him grow up into a bright and
intelligent young man. He is very hard working and constantly working on his school work and
grades.

Some goals Tomas has after he finishes high school, are furthering his education at a college or
university which will challenge his motivation and character. He is totally committed to working
on his future and staying focused throughout high school. He showed a great deal of dedication
to his studies and often would call me to ask questions about certain aspects of assignments he
would receive. To me this showed a great deal of respect and willingness to make sure he had
all the help he could find.

In both situations Tomas, I know, will show a great deal of professionalism. He is very well liked
and respected by the friends, family and teammates. I believe that he will make an excellent
professional one day, for he has exhibited all of the qualities necessary to do so. He is
intelligent, hardworking and extremely loyal. He will be a great addition to any
college/university that he chooses. I recommend him highly.
