Subject: Salary Adjustment

Dear Sir,

I am writing to recommend for a salary adjustment to a production operator’s salary of my Process

Assistant, Mr. Eldem-r J. Reambonanza (200516), from being a daily-paid employee to a monthly-paid
employee and in level with a production operator’s rate.

Mr. Reambonanza has been working with us since October 15, 2016. His expertise covers operation of
power mixer for small and medium batches, some experience as tinting assistant and as assistant operator
for big batches, dumping of special FG products and his major role in laboratory analysis for raw material
fluids and any analysis for paint products including stability tests for laboratory simulations. He has always
achieved his required work and as per my suggestion we need to motivate him to work hard by
appreciating his efforts that he has put till date.

I am giving this recommendation my full support, with the knowledge that we will be promoting a much
deserving individual.
