Sir,
As part of our study of the subject Data Communication & Networks, 6th semester
computer Science students would like to visit ptcl exchange. This is with an objective of giving
them an insight of the work which has been done through router and switches. Likewise, this
will supplement the various theories acquired in the classroom for understanding of networks.
In connection with this, we would like to request your good office to allow us to conduct
a visit and have a briefing regarding the operation, process and facilities of your company. We
would like the students to be able to gain better understanding of the networks in the
communication field. If permitted, the group composed of 50 students and instructor would
like to visit your company on April 23, 2018.We hope that this request will merit your most
