What's it like?
Cardrona Speights Ale House is an okay pub. It's a bit big to be your local.
Speaking of food, if you order off the bar menu, the portions are huge. We're
talking big here. Enough for 2 maybe even 3 if you're not that hungry. We've
tried the wedges and chicken wings and have been satisfied both times. The dish
shouldn't set you back more than $10. Pints are $6 each and you guessed it, they
only serve Speights.

I am looking for a small unit, shed, workshop, outhouse, garage, etc to hire in the Hay-on-Wye area for the purpose
of recording music. I will put in the necessary temporary soundproofing where required. It would be ideal if the unit
was detached. The unit would be used primarily in the evenings. If anyone has a garage or farm building that they

Roko Health Club FAQs

Q. Do I need a membership card?
A. Yes, Roko Health club is a members only club. When you join we will take your photo
and issue you with a membership card. You'll need to bring this card with you every time
you come to the club to gain access and to secure your locker.

Q. When is the club open?

A. The club opens Monday to Thursday 6.30am-11.00pm, Friday 6.30am-9.00pm, Saturday
8.00am-7.00pm and Sundays 8.30am-8.30pm

Q. Where will I park?

A. Ample free parking is available to all members.

Q. Do I need coins for the lockers?

A. No. The club has luxurious brand new locker rooms. The lockers operate using your
membership card so no money is required. All Members and guests will need to have a
valid card to access the lockers. Please do not leave any belongings in the lockers over
night as you will not be able to gain re-entry to the club without your card.

Q. Is there a creche for the children?

A. The ROKO Rascals creche is open Monday to Saturday from 9.15am-11.45am. It is also
open on Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30pm - 3.00pm. Members book their children at
reception and bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. Cancellation fees do
apply.

Q. Can I bring guests into the club?

A. Yes - Guest charges vary depending on the day and time of your visit.
