34. How do you handle criticism?

I try to see criticism as an opportunity to improve myself and work’. Than, I decide
weather the criticism is valid or not’.

1. Tell me about yourself?

I like to keep active and go roller-skating. Also, like to travel I been to over 15 state.
And I want to continue travel the world.

4. What is your weakness?

I say that my weakness is that I am a perfectionist. And I want every detail in order,
it takes me a while to get the work done but when it doe it do very well.

23. What motivates you to do your best on the job?

What motivates me to do my job is the smile on people faces when I help them, that
payment enough.

25. Are you willing to put the interest of the organization ahead of your own?
Yes, I am willing to work on weekend nights. Whatever I have to do for the company.

19. What is more important to you work or money?

They’re equally important to me because we need money to survive in the world.
But I also look for a job that satisfy me as well.

The qualities I look for in a boss are simple thing such as communicates clear vision
and someone that make works fun.
