By using S-bot, you accept the user agreement and confirm that you introduced to
the General Terms & Conditions for Bigpoint GmbH, in particular paragraph 1.2.9
1.2.9 The Games and Services can only be accessed by means of a standard web
browser or special tools which have been provided or expressly approved by Bigpoint
GmbH (Ban on of non-authorized scripts). In other words: The use of programs which
cause excessive server load are strictly forbidden. The application of software to
systematically or automatically control games or individual game functions such as
bots, macros, etc. or to reproduce or evaluate games, game components or content
provided on the Bigpoint platform is prohibited.

Terms & Conditions for S-bot

Prohibited Use.
Any commercial or promotional distribution, publishing or exploitation of the
program, or any content, codes, data or materials featured in this program, is
strictly prohibited unless you have received the express prior written permission
from authorized rights holder of the program. You acknowledge that you do not
acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material from the
program. Reposting or reuploading the program and/or contents without prior written
permission from authorized rights holder of the program, is strictly prohibited. If
a customer does not follow the terms and conditions mentioned above, the program
will be deactivated for the specific infringer.
By using S-bot, you agree that the program redirects specific information
(username, server, login time and IP address) to be logged on a website to moniter
application usage by administrators and mods. No personal information (session ID,
User ID or account information) are fetched on the website or
sniffed/logged/exploited, guaranteeing users account(s) safety from being hacked.
