I think a leader must have an idea (vision) and be able to

see beyond what the average person sees. And not
necessarily be the owner (Krezma)

While the leader .. is the person of the Karizma and also

the owner (length and width) like the specifications (Talut)
in the Koran .. It is able to translate the ideas (leader) and
transfer in his personal style of the people (mob).

As for the president, he is a person who has been placed in

his center, not for his ideas or for what he has, but rather
for career advancement. He is an employee who thinks of
the mentality of the
employee.
