PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay without need of demand to

the order of AMOR POWERS, at her office at ABC Suite Diaz Building,
Banilad, Cebu City, the principal amount of TWO MILLION PESOS
(P2,000,000.00) on or before February 24, 2019. In addition to the
foregoing, I promise to pay monthly interest at the rate of Three (3%)
percent, without need of demand, starting from the month of March until
this note is fully paid.
