JOINING FORMALITIES IN HATSUN

The following documents to be submitted to the HR department at the time of

joining in our organization.

 Photocopies of the all Educational Documents and originals also to be

submitted for verification.
 Offer Letter &Relieving Order from the previous Company.
 Proof of Last drawn Salary (Salary slip)
 Five Passport Size Photo and one Postcard size Family Photo (for ESI).
 If, Gross Salary below Rs.15000/- a Post Card Size Family Photo to be
submitted to obtain Employee State Insurance Card. (ESIC – Eligible for
only Mother, Father, for Unmarried Persons, For Married Persons –
Spouse, Children, Father & Mother of the insured person)
 Two Reference Letters from Neighbours to be produced.
 Physical Fitness Certificate to be obtained from a Registered Medical
Practitioner.
 Driving License, Pan card , Voters ID, Ration Card, Aadhar Card &
Passport (both original and Xerox) to be shown at the time of joining and
other formalities.
 Pan Card and Aadhar card xerox is mandatory and should be
submitted during your joining (if not tax will be deducted from
salary)
