    Tier III Process

    If Tier II intervention is not working after 2nd review consider moving to Tier III based on team decision.

    Contact Amanda or Karen to schedule a Tier III student observation.

    Teacher will complete form which reviews all areas of concern (not only area on Tier II plan) and will be invited to a Tier III
    Intervention meeting to discuss the child, review data/work samples, and write the Tier III plan.

    After 3-6 weeks, review Tier III plan with Intervention Team at scheduled meeting.

    Continue current plan Update/modify current plan Refer to DEC 1 based on decision
    by team.
