Jesse shows the potential to be one of the next great leaders in the Army. He is humble yet charismatic. He carries himself with great pride and people naturally follow him. Since his enlistment | have been nothing but impressed Jesse has been the Future Soldier Platoon Sergeant for almost a year since enlisting into the United States Army and has performed flawlessly. He organizes training and physical fitness training, accountability and enforcement of standards for over 40 Future Soldier's varying in age of 17 to 34. If every enlistee showed the potential that Jesse does the Army would be a lot better than it is today. | know that this organization is inheriting a true shining star in our country.
