Study of the germination and growth of

1.Hipothesis
-Which courgette seeds will grow faster?

a) Those that do not have any colour filter

b) Those that have red cellophane paper

c) Those that have green cellophane paper

d) Those that have blue cellophane paper

e) Those that have yellow cellophane paper

4.Procedure

Students are divided in six groups and each of them will prepare an experimental
situation:

● Soil preparation for the sowing:

*Move the earth away from the shelf of the wooden pallet

*Add some raw adobe and mix it with the soil

* Move the earth back to the shelf of the wooden pallet

4.Procedure
● Sowing

*Make a small hole of 2-3 cm depth using the finger and add two seeds

* Cover it with some soil and water it

Each group will fill the shelf they have sowed with cellophanepaper trying

not to leave any hole between the spaces where light could pass through

( each group must use a different colour

4.Procedure

● A member of each group will periodically visit the vegetable garden to check
the experiment.
