Hello Papervalkia! My name is Charles I and I would like to be your country’s leader that

will guide, protect, and support our nation. I think that I would be the best leader that your

country could ever have.

I am an absolute ruler that means that I have authority over the government and the

people. The reason why I am an absolute ruler is that I know how to run a nation by myself

because I am responsible, respectable, and a leader. I have a lot of experience of being in

positions of authority. I was born to become a ruler because I was born in royalty as part of the

family that controls England. I am a natural at handling tough situations, complicated world

problems, and solving the day to day and big time issues.

To show that you can trust me as your ruler and leader, I have many accomplishments

under my belt that show why I am the best leader Papervalkia can have. For starters, I have

single-handedly ruled England. I showed that a country does not have to rely on a corrupt

government. I dissolved Parliament many times. Each time was with purpose and was for the

better. My absolute monarchy showed great leader ship qualities, responsibility, and authority

over the England to not let things get out of hand. I will ensure that Papervalkia will stand strong

and rise in every positive aspect with my leadership. Another example of my experience as a

leader is that when I was young, I held the title of Duke of Albany. I was given the title at my

Baptism. From the start of my life, I was given the qualities of what it takes to become a ruler.
Later, I became the Duke of York when I was 5. This is the second time that I was given a proper

position in the English government and it would not be the last.

I, as a leader and ruler, am more qualified for this position than any other ruler in the

world. For example, I will compare myself to Louis XIV. France, under Louis XIV, was always

in a state of corruption and violence. France constantly had many wars between Huguenots and

Catholics. Louis XIV tried very little to stop the wars from happening or to present a

compromise between the two foes. In 1572, around 3,000 Huguenots were killed in a horrific and

malicious massacre. This hurt the population and his reputation, He also caused around 10,000 to

leave France, which hurt their economy and its working population. Louis XIV showed

irresponsibility and disregard for France. I show authority over the country and control the

country to where chaos does not ensue and wars do not erupt. I show that I care about the nation

and that I want to help the nation rise and become strong. Another ruler that is not suitable for

the job is King Charles V. Charles V had to control a huge empire. By ruling such a massive

empire, constant wars erupted and a lot were religious wars. He wanted to suppress the

Protestant movement because he was Catholic which caused more chaos. He then gave up on his

monarchy, leaving the two nations to be divided. He walked out on his people and showed little

care to take responsibility and authority over the empire. I, however, would never do such a

thing. I show will show loyalty to my nation and be prepared to solve any problems that erupt.

Overall, I am qualified to be the ruler of Papervalkia. I will help the nation prosper and

flourish. I am the right fit to fill the mold of the leader position. I hope that you will consider me

as your king because I will help the Papervalkia to become a wealthy, and powerful nation.
