Colombia.

This country, as most of us can observe daily, is in constant change. Taking into
account the history of this country, it may seem somewhat surprising that in a few
years there were such radical changes in some of the issues that, apparently, are
the most "influential" in the current society.
One of these great changes is found in the music that is heard today. Reggaeton,
since its appearance has not done more than grow, to the point of becoming a
globally recognized genre, and more in Colombia, which for many is the main
headquarters of that genre. On the other hand, there is the continuing influence of
American culture in the coffee country, not only because of its influence on the
costumes of Colombians, but also because of their music. As irrefutable proof of the
above, we find that in the top 50 of the most covered songs in 2017 in Colombia,
36% are of American origin, while 50% belong to the urban genre.
Another big change, refers to the most popular sports among Colombians.
Previously, nearly all citizens saw soccer as the star sport of the country. Although
this has not changed much, based on constant external successes, the population
has opened its heart and mind to a lot of "new" disciplines; such as cycling, BMX,
motocross, boxing, baseball, waterpolo, futsal, skittle, skating, roller hockey and, last
but not least, women's soccer. Although, as has been observed, in reality there are
many sports that are practiced at a professional level, the ideal is for all Colombians
to act in favor of their country, supporting not only their sport or athletes of preference
but also all those that represent your country.
