Practice plan 9

3:30-3:45- (15 minutes) stretch and throw as a team make sure that everyone is lose enough to
throw a lot today

3:45-4:15- (30 minutes)- infielders work on footwork to the ball and make sure you are under
control fielding the ball on the inside of your left foot. While doing this also work on backhand
plays in the hole working on getting down with the ball to see it in the glove. Outfielders work
on charging ground balls and making throws to each base. Also work on getting behind the ball
and working through it

4:15-4:45 (30 minutes)- all fielders will take fungo from a coach and work on getting around the
ball and working towards a specific base. We will have runners on so it will simulate runners in
a game situation so you would know what to do with the ball in all situations

4:45-5:45 (1 hour)- we will take BP all hitters will get 30 swings while working on hitting the ball
to the back side

5:45-6:15 (30 minutes) we will have conditioning 6 poles but we will also have triangles (2) and
we will do ab workouts as a team
