Practice plan 10

3:30-3:45- (15 minutes) stretch and throw as a team

3:45-4:15- (30 minutes)- infielders take ground balls from coaches and work mostly on
backhands in the hole and outfielders work on getting behind the baseball.

4:15-4:45 (30 minutes)- after taking ground balls and fly balls outfielders and in fielders work on
relays from balls hit in the gap then afterwards work on fly ball communication between in
fielders and outfielders

4:45-5:45 (1 hour)- we will take BP all hitters will get 30 swings while working on hitting the ball
to the back side amd working on pitch selection

5:45-6:15 (30 minutes) we will have conditioning 10 poles but we will also have triangles (3) and
we will do ab workouts as a team
