Weekly repot 3

During this week of practice and stuff I had many opportunities to help out and help run

some practice. What all I done was I helped coach a little league practice back at home and I

was in charge of all the pitchers and outfielders. Like last week when I was helping this team I

had them start this week by doing some weighted ball activities and then I had them stretch

and throw for 15 minutes. After about fifteen to twenty minutes throwing I had them all get

together in the bullpen and they all threw about a twenty to thirty pitch bullpen which I had

them all focus on hitting locations and work on throwing to batters also. After they get done

throwing there pins I had them work on PFP’s which are known as pitcher fielding practice. I

would hit them some fungos to each side of the mound to help practice on them to get off the

mound after throwing pitch to get to the ball field it and make a play to either base that the

scenario puts them in. After we had got done doing all of these drills I then had the pitchers run

some poles so that way the lactic acid in their arms does not build up and give them are pain

which in the long run can damage your arm and make you have arm problems
