SUBJECT: NP-6030 LPS AND NP-6025 LPS

Models NP-6030 and NP-6025 are now being assembled in our Giessen Plant.

These machines are usually referred to as NP-6030/6025 LPS, although they are in every way identical
to the Japanese machines unless, of course, it is described differently.

The serial numbers of the “LPS” machines are as follows:

NP-6030 CAA00001 or higher (220V/50Hz)

DAA00001 or higher (240V/50Hz)

NP-6025 CBA00001 or higher (220V/50Hz)

DBA00001 or higher (240V/50Hz)

Machine modifications are, as a rule, not made simultaneously in our production units in Japan and
Giessen. A change made in the “LPS” machine is usually delayed with regard to the same change
made in the Japanese equivalent machine.
This implies, of course, that the Service Bulletins often announce modifications prior to application in
the Giessen factory.
Service Bulletins, therefore, do not always specify the serial number of the “affected LPS machines”.
