To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for Jorge Vega. I have been a friend of the Vega
family for four years. I have seen the family face many challenges in the time I’ve known them
and Jorge has always stayed strong. This young man lost a lot of hope being a part of DACA and
being unknown about what the future held for him. He fought through those fears and has
worked really hard to have a bright future.
Jorge is an extremely hard worker. He has done as much as he can to help his family by doing
things like yard work, helping people move, and teaching hi parents English. Jorge has been a
member of FFA all four years of highschool. He has helped out with the school’s drama club and
was able to become a TA for a teacher his senior year. Mr.Vega hopes to become an architect. I
have no doubt that he will accomplish his goals. Jorge Vega is a determined young man that will
do everything he can to succeed.
