1. Based on surveying in Malaysia, catfish is one of the main foods that is provided and
cooked at many restaurants and also at home. Many Malaysia like to eat catfish.
2. Due to the high demand for catfish by Malaysian, therefore it is a big chance to make
a business in supplying catfish in a large amount.

1. This catfish business will attract more Malaysian to buy and make catfish as the
important food to be added on in their meal, due to high protein gained from it.
2. Our company can help our country’s economy in a stable condition.

a) Chances for us to evaluate the business objectively, analytically and well-nigh. With a
business plan, we have solid and well-informed to complement the preparation and
result making process.
b) To learn and evaluate the possibility of the business. Business plan can be used as a
basic of decisive the capability of a proposed business. The information assembly and
analysis that is done as part of preparing the business plan can give an early indication
as to the viability of a project.
c) To persuade venture financiers, investors and bankers in order to raise capital and
obtain support for the venture. Business plan can be used as a communication tool to
convince potential investors of the viability of a proposed venture. Potential investors
include financial institutions, private/individual investors, suppliers and government
agencies.
d) As a standard for daily running of the business. Business plan can be used as a
guideline for handling the planned venture. When the venture is realized, the plans
and tactics outlined in the business plan will be a significant benchmark to help the
entrepreneur measure his development.
