I would like to take this time to thank you for reading my letter and considering me as a
photography candidate. As a member of the Brighton community, I would love to capture the
excellence of the people behind the city. I’m available on the weekends and I enjoy spending my
time outside engaging with the community. I hope that a placement with your company will have
a great influence on my life and I’m sure that you will benefit as well.

I have been working with kids for six years as a dance teacher’s assistant, and I enjoy the energy
they bring to each class. I also work with parents on a daily basis and can communicate with
them freely. In addition to my experience with parents and kids, I have taken multiple
photography classes including an independent study. In each class I have worked with a DSLR
camera, Adobe Photoshop, and all types of people. I will also be attending Grand Valley State
University where I will be continuing my passion for photography. I believe I will be a positive
asset to your company that will provide each customer with a positive outlook on your company.

I hope to continue my desire for photography in a fast-paced workplace like your company. I
