Introduction

The research aims to answer the following questions involving the five functions
of management of R.Y. Saligvedra Builders Construction and Supply Corporation:

PLANNING:
1. What are the roles of planning in the company?
2. What are the goals and objectives of the company that are to be achieved?
3. What are your overall strategies to achieve the company’s goals and
organization?
4. What are the planning barriers of the company?

ORGANIZING:
1. What are the organizing barriers of the company?

STAFFING
1. What are the staffing barriers of the company?

DIRECTING
1. What are the directing barriers of the company?

CONTROLLING
1. What steps do you take to ensure the construction deadlines are met without
sacrificing quality and safety?
2. What steps do you take to supervise daily activities and inspect materials
delivered to your site?
3. What methods do you use to document how materials and equipment are
handled, maintained and stored, according to your regulations?
4. Who are its main competitors? Is it generally perceived as doing better or worse
than them?
5. Can you give me an example of how a work experience shaped your quality
control methods and strategies?
6. What are the controlling barriers of the company?
 Last 18th of May, our team visited the branch of the R.Y. Saligvedra Builders
Construction and Supply Corporation in Lipa City. Here, we were to seek answers to
the questions stated above.
These questions are very important to be answered for the betterment of the
performances of all the functioning department of the company. When answered
with utmost knowledge and skills, the questions will be a great help in achieving the
company’s goals and objectives,

This documentation will also be a great aid in identifying the strength and
discovering the weaknesses of the company; and, how to solve and furnish them
better. Understanding the issues and barriers involved in each functions will also
ensure that the overall vision, mission, and values of R.Y. Corporation are achieved.
