TPI reports.
4. Preparing Inspection advice ticket, inspection recommendation & Inspection report in
SAP/Maximo.
6. Performed RCA, failure investigation, Inspection plan preparation etc. for refinery unit
7. Manage Inspection task & Inspection team during Mega Turnaround of refinery & petrochemical
Complex.
8. Review and approve TPI reports for in coming material / Procurement.
9. In-house supervision of Contractor work man ship quality majorly focusing on Man, Machine ,
Method & Material.
10. NDT witness , Review of test reports , Welder record keeping, Stage wise inspection as per ITP
