EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE COUNTING RULES

Duty In or Out time of staff is not conform

MINIMUM WORKING HOURS: 09

 Maximum Working Hours: 11


 Minimum Hours for Half Day : 4
 Between 4 to 7 working hours count as half day
 Below 4 hours count as absent.
 Short hours for three days (between 7 to 9 hours) then apply LOP of half day.
 Extra Hours between 4 to 5 count as Half OT
 Extra Hours after 5 and below 8 count as Full OT
 Week Off : 4 day / month
