Hi everyone,
So this week , I have been doing alot of research on Anxiety and stress reduction. I chose these
topics because, as a college student, I do have anxiety and normal stress that I go through in my
life. I am sure we can all related to this being in school and having other things you are doing
and going through in your life. I am always looking for new way to keep my anxiety as low as
possible. This article actually caught my attention because I have had this app on my phone for a
very long time. I tend to use it when I am trying to relax or keep my mind away from the
negative thoughts that trigger my anxiety. The app i called Mandala. I actually did not know that
coloring was a method that is used to reduce anxiety. I think you should check it out. I became
very interested while reading this article due to the fact that coloring is actually very therapeutic.
