- Team Norms: Be cooperative, Complete your expected parts, Try your hardest.
- Communication: GroupMe daily at 4:00 pm.
- Design flaws/changes:

-Decorative ponds between holes assigned but not completed in Inventor.

-Base extrusions not constant between holes, creating unflushed edges.

-Some holes were not made accurate to the sketch, creating issues in the
FFFFFFFassembly.
Potential Improvements
-Hold members responsible for following the GANTT chart.

-Communicate issues and complications quickly to other team members.

-Use time and resources more effectively to meet deadlines.

-Divide work more appropriately to ensure equal participation.

-Create specific Team Norms to make team expectations clear.
