Dear Parents,
The children in Divisions 13 and will be going on a field trip to Dinter’s
Nursery on Tuesday, May 8th, 2018. We will travel by school bus, leaving the
school at 9:00 am and arriving at Dinter’s in time for our 9:30 am tour. The
tour will last for about an hour. We will then go to Bright Angel Park for
our lunch and exploration. We plan to be back at the school at 2:00 pm.
We have space on the bus for parent volunteers, but others who wish to join
us are welcome to meet us at Dinter’s Nursery. We will also require parent
volunteers to help with bringing home our plants!!
Please be sure to dress your child for the weather (i.e.: gumboots and jacket)
we will attend rain or shine and bring a healthy lunch.

bus to Dinter’s Nursery on Tuesday, May 8th, 2018.
I have red the trip agenda and itinerary. I have also reviewed with my child the
behavioural and safety expectations, I understand that while a reasonable
duty of care will be provided there may, of necessity be times when my child is
not under the direct supervision of any adult. I also understand that travel
of any kind involves acceptance of a reasonable risk by parents, supervisors
and the students themselves. I also assume responsibility of any additional
health coverage I deem necessary for this trip.

o I will meet the class at Dinter’s Nursery.
