The format of a dormal invitation :

- Put the organization or host’s logo at the top of the invitation
- Write the host full name
- Extend the invitation, such “request your presence”
- Provide information about event
- State the purpose of event
- Provide the date of the event
- Write the time of the event in full
- Provide the location of the event
- Provide the special instruction
- Include your RSVP (Please respond) information
