Shri Ravikant Mishra from the Eklavya Trust elaborated on the activities of the Eklavya Trust.

He said that their programmes are aimed at popularising science and generating greater
awareness of issues related to science, society and culture which he illustrated with the help of
several slides. He also said that much work needs to be done towards taking science to the
masses. The role of teachers as facilitators of knowledge was discussed at length.
