While working on number of implementation projects the common question from team and
clients. What implementation methodology you will follow….. Oracle AIM or OUM? and it took
some time to transform ourselves to new codes of OUM, we use to call RD050(Gather business
requirement), TE040(Test Scripts), BP080(Future Business Model), BR100(Define Application
Setup) etc during project status review meetings and after the OUM we spent some time to
