 I. Introduction

Have you ever heard of the story the hitchhiker before? There is “The
Twilight Zone” episode and “The Hitchhiker” text. There are two different
characters! In these both stories they're both getting haunted by the…
hitchhiker! But there’s a twist, are they actually alive? Who are they, who is
the hitchhiker? Both stories are interesting and both have the same
problems and effects. They’re both scary too...

II. Comparing

There are a lot of things in common about “The Twilight Zone” episode
and “The Hitchhiker” text. For example, both Nan and Ronald are driving to
California, they both keep seeing the repeated sights of the same hitchhiker.
Also, they both meet someone that they appear to like and both of them got
left by that person ( for Nan it was the sailor, for Ronald it was the girl).
They both are scared and worried about finding the hitchhiker again. They
both also have a strange talk with Mrs.Whitney. And, both of them die , and
their mothers both faint when they heard that their kid (them) died.

III. Contrast.

There are many different things between the hitchhiker story and the
hitchhiker twilight zone. For example , in the hitchhiker story the main
character is a boy named Ronald. In the hitchhiker twilight zone , the main
character is a girl named Nan. When Nan picks up the other person
hitchhiking , it was a man ( aka the sailor guy going to San Diego ) . When
Ronald picks up the other person hitchhiking , it was a woman. Those were
only some reasons why the hitchhiker story is different than the hitchhiker
twilight zone.

IV. Conclusion

In conclusion, we know that “The Twilight Zone” episode and “The

Hitchhiker” text is two different things. Some characters are different and
there are some changes in the movie and the text, also they have a lot of
things in common. There can still be many things to be said about the
hitchhiker story and text , but this is all we wrote about today.
