kein/keine = the negative. » form of the indefinite article ein/eine.
kein/keine precedes the noun, and conveys the idea of
“nicht ein”, which cannot be expressed literally in
German. Note: whereas in English one can say: I don't
have a book, in German one must say: I have no book.

hotel. He has a quick breakfast. He is in a hurry to get to work. Ex doesn't feel like
going to work with Andreas.
