PROSEDUR KERJA

APT TEST

CARA KERJA
1. 1 ml bahan ditambahkan 5 ml aquadest, lalu sentrifuge 15”
2. Ambil supernatan lalu bagi menjadi 2 bagian ( 3 ml / bagian )
3. Amati warna pada supernatan sebelum penambahan reagen
4. Lalu tambahkan 500 µL NaOH 1% pada 3 ml supernatan
5. Segera amati reaksi perubahan warna ± 1 menit

INTERPRETASI HASIL
≥ kuning coklat  darah ibu
≥ jika warna tetap ( tak berwarna / merah jambu )  darah bayi

PELAPORAN HASIL
Apt test Terjadi perubahan warna ( darah ibu ) Tanpa nilai normal

*CATATAN: Perubahan warna menjadi kuning coklat sangat cepat
